Sole Mates is coming soon to iPhone. If you’re testing it through TestFlight, have a question about your account, or want your data deleted, we’re here to help.
Email us
Write to [email protected]. If it’s about your account, include your @username.

Delete your account
In the app, go to You, then Settings, then Delete Account. It removes your account and its data. If you can’t open the app, email us and we’ll help. Deleting your account also deletes your steps. If you only want new steps to stop reaching us, turn off Steps for Sole Mates in Apple Health.
Report someone
In the app, choose Block and Report from their row’s menu. You can also email us their @username and what happened.
Your data
To see a copy of your data, correct it, or withdraw consent, email us from the address on your account. We reply within 45 days. If we turn down a request, reply with “Appeal” and we’ll look again.
